I had a feeling the food might not be great going in, it kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. Most of what I tried tasted bland, like it had been sitting around for a while, and a few things that should’ve been hot came out barely warm. Maybe I was already paying extra attention because of my expectations, but for the price, I really thought it would be a lot better

We had a decent time at The Kartrite, but the lifeguard situation made me a little uneasy. Some of them were paying attention, sure, but others seemed distracted or busy chatting while kids were flying down slides and running all over the place. Isn’t that exactly when you’d want everyone fully alert? I found myself constantly checking on things instead of just relaxing. The waterpark itself is fun, but when it comes to safety, it felt a bit too loose for my comfort.

Stayed at the Kartrite and tbh the bed kind of ruined it for me. The mattress was hard and weirdly lumpy, and the pillows were basically flat. I barely slept either night and woke up sore both mornings. For what we paid, I really expected way better, jsut not a great sleep at all.

Well... we took the kids to the waterpark at Kartrite last weekend, they had such a good time. The slides were a hit, the lazy river was relaxing, and everything seemed clean, which I always appreciate.
The only reason I’d say it’s more of a 4-star visit is that it got crowded later in the day. The lines for the slides started getting long, food took a while, and finding chairs was tougher than I expected.

Overall though, it was still a really fun day out with the family. We’d definitely go back, but next time we’ll probably try to get there earlier and grab seats before it fills up.

I was kinda shocked by how much I paid for just basic food. Like, nothing fancy at all, and the total still felt way too high. Idk, prices are getting ridiculous.

We took the kids thinking it would be a fun day , but they got bored fast . A lot of the activities felt overpriced for what they were , and it was so crowded that it was hard to really enjoy anything

For the price, good it was. The rooms were nice enough and the waterpark was a lot of fun, especially for the kids. Food did get expensive kinda fast, so that part surprised me a bit, but overall I still felt like it was worth it.

I stayed here hoping it would be better than some of the reviews suggested, but it kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. The room just didn’t feel clean, there was hair on the bathroom floor, the carpet felt gross underfoot, and I noticed dust around the beds. The hallways didn’t help either because they looked like they could use a serious cleaning. For what we paid, I was disappointed and felt like the place just isn’t being kept up.

Check-in was smooth overall. The line moved a little slow, but the staff were nice and got everything handled without any problems. Our room keys worked right away too, so no complaints. Something about it just felt easy enough.

I stayed at The Kartrite parking was simple. The lot was close to the entrance, so I didn’t have to drag my bags too far, which was nice. It did seem to get a little full at night, but I still found a spot without much trouble. Overall, easy parking, wouldn’t you say?

The place itself was okay, but the staff kind of ruined it for us because anytime we asked a simple question it felt like we were annoying them and nobody really smiled or seemed like they wanted to help, which just made the whole visit feel uncomfortable. For what we paid, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just decent service and a little basic friendliness, but we didn’t really get that, so I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back...

The resort definitely has a nice, upbeat feel and seems great for families. I could see why people enjoy it. That said, it was loud and crowded most of the time, which made it a little less relaxing than I hoped. Overall, not a bad stay, just depends on whether you’re okay with a busy atmosphere.

I stayed here with my family and, i was happy with it overall. I’m the type of person who notices cleanliness right away, so I was glad the place felt well kept for the most part. The water park areas looked like they were being looked after, and I saw staff cleaning often, which I appreciated. That said, I’m a little picky about details, and some of the hallway carpets and a few spots in the room could use a refresh. Nothing major and it definitely didn’t ruin our trip, but it kept me from giving a full 5 stars. Overall, good upkeep, just not perfect

The room was okay overall, but the bathroom didn’t seem like it had been cleaned very thoroughly. I can’t say exactly what was missed, but it just didn’t feel as fresh as I expected

Trying to book my room was kinda frustrating because the site kept glitching on me. Not the smoothest experience, honestly 😅

We went last weekend mainly for the waterpark, and by the time we got there, we realized almost half the rides weren’t even open. After about an hour, the kids were already bored because there just wasn’t much for them to do. I really wish they had told us before we booked, because we probably would’ve picked a different day.
